Reason for alternative

While we have a public works permit to improve our frontage, we don't have the authority to increase the width of the entire SW Moss roadway. There's no viable option to meet the required code.

The Administrative staff has reviewed your appeal regarding Fire Service Access-Road Width.
The actual paved road width of SW Moss is greater than 18ft 6in with a clear width in excess of 20ft. The proposed alternative and the appeal is Granted as Proposed.
