The requirements are for easements to be a width of 10'. However, the proposed easements in some areas of the site plan show to be 5' in width.

Code Modification or Alternate Requested

The intent is to get approved to have an easement of less than 10' on this site for the new proposed utilities.

Proposed Design

We will be using an excavator and doing standard trenching to install these utilities.

Reason for alternative

This will allow us to provide better housing units and designed for affordable housing.
