The applicant is required to obtain an approved Fire Code Appeal to allow development on an existing dead end road that is greater than 300 feet in length.

Allow fire apparatus access road in excess of 300, as otherwise site would be unusable.

Proposed Design

NFPA 13D sprinkler system will be installed, where otherwise would not be required.

Reason for alternative

Site would be essentially unusable if appeal is not approved, sprinkler system should provide equivalent fire protection.
