UNABLE TO DIG DUE TO CURRENT SALON SET UP/SALON EQUIPMENT, DEPTH FOR SAFETY, AND LOSS OF BUSINESS.

THERE ARE CURRENTLY TWO BUSINESS AND ONE RESIDENTIAL HOME WITHOUT SEWER SERVICE. Unable to burst with other material
