The proposed duplex on the fire apparatus road on the proposed Partition exceeds the 150 foot distance per code.
The fire apparatus access roads shall extend to within 150 feet of all portions of the exterior walls of the first
story of the building as measured by an approved route around the exterior of the building. Where a building
is protected with an approved fire sprinkler system, an exception to the maximum distance is increased to 250
feet.
