Proposed Design

Reduce shower clearance from 24" to 17". Shower to have no glass, no walls, curtain only.

Reason for alternative

We are seeking to legalize a restroom constructed in the basement of this home. The restroom was constructed without the benefit of permits. The only reasonable alternative (if the appeal is not approved) would be to remove the shower from the restroom.
