The City Administrator will determine the distance between the improved sidewalk and the property line, which, in residential areas, is generally two feet unless a different distance is specified.

The easement for the project currently in progress is not being adhered to. The R/W is R/W # 9419-34

Proposed Design

An adjustment of the temporary easement is required to minimize property damage that is not in the easement.

Reason for alternative

This will mitigate litigation costs from property (hedge, greenhouse, deck, sauna, carport, shed, wood shed, fencing, outdoor tub, caravan) and livestock (bee hives) damage. A tree has already been killed. This work can be done without destroying these structures.
