Thank you for requesting a community gardens plot transfer.

Transfer requests are processed each year in December and January. You must pay to renew your current plot during the fall renewal period to be eligible for a transfer to a different plot.

Remember our tips for keeping your plot in compliance until your transfer request has been processed:

Your plot should be weed-free and tidy with mulch.
Continue to harvest crops and remove dead plant material.
All adjacent pathways should be maintained.
Contact your garden manager or the community garden office with questions and updated contact information.

We will make every effort to fulfill all transfer requests and contact you individually by January 31, via email or mail to discuss your request.
