Sunday Parkways Vendor Registration

Welcome to Sunday Parkways!

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. #SoldOut Reserve your spot online here or email/fax/mail in your application. We request you send in payment within 24 hours of your application submission to confirm your placement at the event(s). Standard Sunday Parkways spots are $125 for a 10 x 10 spot. Our larger spots are $175 for a 19 x 10 spot. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at

Types of Vendors (Please pick the category that fits the best)

Food: Sales of food and drink. Healthy items strongly encouraged. Compostable plates, cups and utensils are no longer required, with the new Metro rules. Food vendors MUST have a copy of their Multnomah County Health Department permit at Sunday Parkways—stringent health inspections WILL occur. Call (503) 988-3400 or visit for more information. If using propane, call Fire Prevention at (503) 823-3712 to obtain a permit. Marketplace: Advertise and sell products and/or perform outreach. Interactive: Provide entertainment or activity which engages participants in physical activity and/or promotes healthy living and exercise. Interaction should be the primary focus, not incidental. Feel free to contact the Sunday Parkways staff for ideas. Mobile: Sell your product while walking or riding in a way that does not inhibit participant flow. Per the Parks’ permits, along-the-route mobile vendors are not allowed in any of the parks at any time. Mobile vendors must remain one (1) block or at least 250 feet from all food and marketplace vendors. Violation results in exclusion from the remainder of the event as well as remaining 2016 Sunday Parkways. If selling food, appropriate county health permit is required. Vendor fee includes up to four (4) mobile carts/bikes/etc.

Remember, NO ELECTRICITY is available on site, and there is LIMITED WATER ACCESS. Bring your own water, table, chairs and canopy—please make sure to provide for all of your own needs. Trash/recycling must be deposited in dumpsters/carts. You will be notified about your site assignment 10 days prior to each event.


The following types of third parties shall not be eligible to participate in Sunday Parkways: any business or organization that restricts membership or access based upon any category protected under the City’s civil rights ordinance or state or federal law and/or any business or organization that is not legally open to, or may not legally sell its products or provide its services to, residents of all ages.
