Bike Rack Application Form

The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation provides up to two free bicycle racks per development in commercial districts where space permits. Additional racks can be installed for $150/rack. Schools and non-profits may request more racks at no additional charge. Please indicate your eligibility below. Please completely fill out the application form below to begin the process.

I have been made aware of the Applicant’s intent to install a bicycle rack adjacent to the sidewalk in front of the business listed on this application and have no objections.
