Transportation User Fee Calculator
Update June 11, 2014: The Portland City Council expects to vote by Nov. 14, 2014 on a Transportation User fee or similar revenue mechanism to raise money for transportation. PBOT has updated the web calculator from the proposed $11.56 fee to the 3-year phase-in of $6 single-family residential fee in the first year, $9 in the second year, and $12 in the third year and beyond.
Use this calculator to see estimates of rates for multifamily and non-residential properties, which would be phased in, proportionately with the single-family residential rates. This reflects the latest proposed amendment by the City Council, subject to change.
